Every FARM is a defined geographic territory with 10,000 or more single-family properties. MVProSpect processes every record in your FARM, applies the full TAGG classification system, runs the MVProScan backtest, and delivers the pre-identified 2% motivated seller leads directly to you.

What Makes a FARM Associate

FARM associates live in or near their territory. They have experience in wholesaling, buying real estate, or sales — or a genuine willingness to learn the system and do the work. The leads are delivered. The methodology is documented. What is required is consistent effort and the discipline to work the system as it is designed.

Experience

Wholesaling or real estate acquisition experience preferred.
Sales background in any field considered.
Willingness to learn the MVProSpect system completely.
DFW market familiarity preferred but not required.

Location

Live in or near your assigned FARM territory.
Able to canvass your territory on a regular schedule.
Available for phone and in-person seller contacts.
DFW based preferred for initial program expansion.

Commitment

Defined minimum contact hours per week.
Complete the MVProSpect report series curriculum.
Work the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
Meet production benchmarks to retain your FARM.
