The system is validated in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Rockwall counties — with FARM territories already mapped. The methodology applies to any Texas county CAD dataset and is being expanded to additional markets.

Experience

Wholesaling or real estate acquisition experience preferred
Sales background in any field considered
Willingness to learn the MVProspect system completely
Familiarity with DFW market preferred but not required

Location

Live in or near your assigned FARM territory
Able to canvass your territory on a regular schedule
Available for phone and in-person seller contacts
DFW based preferred for initial program expansion

Commitment

Defined minimum contact hours per week
Complete the MVProspect report series curriculum
Work the CRM system and maintain accurate records
Meet production benchmarks to retain your FARM
